Definition
Micro Entities are those Entities:
ü Do not have Public Accountability
ü Other than SMEs
Qualifying Criteria (All Must Be Met):
ü Borrowing: NRS 5 Crores or less (BFI or Public funds or
entities holding assets in fiduciary capacity)
ü Balance Sheet Total: NRS 10 Crores or less (Without off-setting current liabilities in current assets)
ü Annual Turnover: NRS 10 Crores or less
ü Assets in Fiduciary Capacity: NRS 5 Crores or less
Conditions:
Must meet all of these limits in 2 consecutive years to qualify
Once qualified, must exceed at least 1 of these limits for 2 consecutive years to cease to qualify
